HealthOPM is hiring on behalf of a leading youth mental health and social service agency in Toronto dedicated to empowering children, youth, and families through trauma‑informed care, counselling, and community support.We are seeking a compassionate and dependableAwake Overnight Youth Support Workerto join a24/7 Live-In Treatment programserving female‑identified youth (ages 12‑17) who have experienced sexual exploitation or trafficking. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, ongoing learning, and best practices in residential care making every night a meaningful contribution to youth development and safety.What You BringDiploma in the field (Child & Youth Care or BSW/MSW (Bachelor or Masters of Social Work)).Minimum 1 year of experience supporting youth with complex needs (e.G., trauma, substance use, or mental health challenges).Understanding of anti‑oppressive and trauma‑informed care principles.First Aid/CPR and crisis management training are strong assets.Broad record police check (BRC) required.Nice‑to‑Have / AssetsCertification in Crisis Intervention.Experience supporting youth with a trauma‑informed lens.Previous experience in live‑in treatment, shelter, or residential programs.Experience working with youth impacted by sexual exploitation, trafficking, or gender‑based violence.Fluency in another language, including sign language, is an asset.This position prioritizes applicants who identify as women or non‑binary, in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.#J-18808-Ljbffr
