Become a Behavioral Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy, focusing on children diagnosed with Autism. In this independent contractor position, you’ll work directly with children, applying ABA strategies under the guidance of a Senior Therapist.

Applicants must be ready for a minimum of 4 hours weekly, with an emphasis on effective communication and cooperation with families, as well as recording data for assessments. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct focused ABA sessions tailored for each child
Collaborate with RBA and implement their guidance
Maintain organized records and data for progress tracking
Communicate effectively with families and other staff
Arrive on time, equipped for every session Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in therapy roles
Strong skills in time management and organization
Degree or diploma in a related discipline
Reliable transportation for travel to sessions
