Building Maintenance

Technicians are essential in helping us maintain our unique spa experience. Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs on equipment and installations
Execute preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
Ensure replacement parts meet par levels
Conduct monthly tests of safety and mechanical systems
Assist with other related duties as needed Requirements:
2 years of vocational training or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years in facility maintenance
Knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights
