Take charge of communications as the Lead at Child and Family Services. Promote vital programs through strategic messaging, digital presence, and community involvement. In this influential position, you will report to the COO while overseeing all aspects of communications for Child and Family Services.
You will collaborate with community partners, leadership, and funding agencies to enhance awareness of CFS services, ensuring messaging is timely, culturally appropriate, and consistent. Your strategic insight will guide both internal communications and public relations efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and evaluate communication strategies for CFS projects
Lead the community engagement and fundraising communications
Ensure accuracy and cultural respect in all communications
Oversee the management of social media and website content
Liaise with external partners for communication support Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or similar
At least five years of related experience
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Indigenous cultures and engagement Bring your expertise to Child and Family Services and impact the community through effective communication.
