Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays and organized shelves
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store policies, or promotions




Maintain accurate cash register balances and handle transactions with basic math proficiency
Support the team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
Technical sales experience including product demos and explaining features to customers is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising standards
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash transactions and register balancing
