Your role will significantly contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Service client insurance needs and conduct assessments
Retain and write recent policies for clients
Process renewals, applications, and necessary documentation




Engage with underwriters and adjusters on policy guidelines
Participate in community marketing initiatives and training Requirements:
High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
One year of experience in personal insurance preferred
Robust customer focus with organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French
