Here’s what you’ll be doing as a bakery barista :

As a bakery barista you will work behind the counter, greeting customers, making specialty coffees and beverages , and filling orders of baked goods. In your downtime you will be responsible for re-stocking, washing dishes and completing any other tasks required. We are looking for customer focused , outgoing individuals who will create a positive first and last impression for each guest !

Duties and Responsibilities
Open/closethe bakery counter
Make beverages according to Stella’s specs




Greet guests and assist in answering questions
Enter allitemsinto the POS System andensureall payment transactions are accounted for accurately
Offer suggestions,providing guestswith enough information to have the best experience possible
Replenish baked goodsand retail items tomaintainfull stockon display
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of Bakery menu items, including dietary and allergy restrictions
Answer the phone and ensuretheaccuracy of all special orders
Follow all cleaning checklists, to ensure a sanitary and welcoming
Deliver drinks to tables when needed
Ensure that productiontimes aremaintained
Follow all takeout and cash handling procedures
Adhere to food secure requirements
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Availability to work weekends
Firm understanding of the English language
Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-taskingabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanour
Positive attitudeandteam mindset
