Be a pivotal part of Blue Origin's mission as an Internal Harnessing Engineer focused on packaging designs for space vehicles. This critical position blends engineering excellence with hands-on production experience. As a Level 4 Harnessing Engineer, you'll be tasked with the design and integration of internal harnessing for the TeraWave product.

Your role will involve applying DFM principles and collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to enhance production readiness. Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize internal wire harnesses and assemblies
Lead technical efforts for product transitions to high-rate production
Collaborate on manufacturing process validation and tooling
Create detailed CAD models and technical documentation
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 8+ years' experience
Proven track record in electronics packaging design
Expertise in DFM, DFA, and cost reduction strategies
Robust skills in CAD tools including Creo/SolidWorks
Knowledge of industry standards and quality control Leverage your expertise to propel innovation in space at Blue Origin.
