They are now seeking an Accounting Manager with strong accounting expertise to help scale the organization to its next stage.This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You will apply your accounting knowledge, take ownership, work cross‑functionally with a lean team and directly impact the business. The position is primarily on‑site, with some flexibility available after a successful onboarding period.ResponsibilitiesKeep finance operations running smoothly and grow the organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting, ensure accurate records, manage payments and keep NetSuite up‑to‑date as the single source of truth. You will also work closely with the fractional CFO on budgeting, quarterly reviews and year‑end compliance.You will deliver a clean and timely month‑end close, produce reliable financial reports, and keep cash flow steady. You’ll oversee AR/AP with their outsourced team, review reconciliations, manage vendor terms and file GST/PST.



You’ll also work alongside Operations to streamline processes and use NetSuite for reporting and insights.
