DescriptionReporting to the Maintenance Manager of a hotel complex, the Maintenance Handyperson performs general interior and exterior maintenance work. The incumbent must be able to carry out tasks related to building mechanics, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and various minor repairs.WHAT YOU'LL DOProceed to visual inspection of the equipmentActively participate in preventive building maintenance proceduresPerform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedulePerform interior and exterior workReport any defective systems and make the necessary correctionsPossibility of gathering materiel outside the propertyAssist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladderResponsible for maintaining all mechanical component of the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisorProceed to minor electrical work (ex: light bulbs change)Ensure that service manuals are follow during preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of systems or components and adhere to sound engineering practices,
