BMO Insurance is looking for aSr. Business Analystto support its creditor product initiatives. The role drives collaboration across multiple technical teams supporting BMO Bank platforms and requires experience with creditor insurance.ResponsibilitiesElicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions achieve expected business outcomes.Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development aligns with business requirements.Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents covering functional and non-functional business requirements.Applies depth of domain and functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive expected business value.Breaks down strategic problems, analyzes data, and provides insights and recommendations.Builds test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader,enterprise-wide focus.Experience working on bank or creditor product initiatives is highly desirable.Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.Works independently on a range of complex tasks,

The range varies based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
