We are looking for a collaborative and influentialBusiness Analystfor our Internal Systems Team as a part of our Head Office operations. You can be based out ofToronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary. You will work proactively with our clients to identify opportunities, scope problems and co‑create potential solutions that solve business problems. Owning the discovery phase, you will elicit, understand, assess, and document the business requirements, processes and reporting needs to ensure successful delivery of data modernization projects. From facilitating Scrum rituals to leading efforts for continuous improvement, you will work closely with our development teams, removing roadblocks, creating user stories, and establishing and managing process. Your strong communication and coordination skills will promote a high functioning team setting by managing expectations and adapting to stakeholders’ preferred project management methods.A Day in the Life:Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designersCoordinate with the product owner or product manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the project roadmap and Azure boardsAct as Scrum Master, ensuring the development team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremoniesElicit project requirements by meeting with a variety of stakeholders from the C‑suite to end usersEnsure the functional requirements are tracked, achievable,
