Conduct assessments to gather clinical user requirements
Design streamlined ITIL-aligned Service Desk processes
Lead service desk improvement projects and manage reporting
Serve as a liaison between clinical users and IT teams
Travel for in office engagements to enhance user interaction Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years in formal Project Management roles
3+ years in IT service desk optimization
ITIL certification or equivalent application experience
