Triage referrals and assess client needs accurately
Respond to phone inquiries about intake procedures
Formulate, implement, and evaluate the intake process
Educate family members involved in the treatment
Collect data related to the intake process efficiently Requirements:
Graduate degree in health-related field required
Minimum of five years related experience preferred
Registered with a Regulatory College in Ontario
Experience in interdisciplinary teams necessary
