Oversee the daily activities of Housing Support Workers
Conduct performance reviews and offer training support
Help prioritize participant needs and housing outcomes
Track team performance against program targets
Facilitate meetings for problem-solving and case consultation Requirements:
Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of supervisory and case management experience
Hold an Alberta Class 5 License with a clean record
Familiarity with Housing First principles is beneficial
