You will provide instruction in various Power Engineering courses, connect with local and global industries, and support students in their learning journeys. Candidates must hold a First Class Power Engineer certification and exhibit a commitment to teaching. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction for Power Engineering General and Process programs
Prepare classroom and laboratory curriculum effectively
Develop online learning materials and monitor course progress
Work with industries to create tailored training solutions
Fulfill other educational duties as needed Requirements:
First Class Standardized Power Engineer certification mandatory
At least five years of recent industrial experience
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with industry software and Microsoft Office
Previous teaching or course development experience preferred Play a vital role in powering the future of education at BCIT.
