This full time role focuses on roof inspections and building maintenance in a supportive educational environment. The position requires you to have a Red Seal Ticket for roofing or carpentry, alongside a valid BC class 5 driver’s license.

Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you will oversee roof inspections, manage debris clearance, and conduct repairs on school facilities. Your expertise in preventive maintenance will help keep essential equipment and structures in service, ensuring a safe environment for students. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and maintenance of roof membranes
Transparent debris and ensure drainage systems stay functional




Execute minor roof repairs and flashing replacements
Maintain detailed records for maintenance work
Operate Aerial Work Platforms and forklifts as necessary Requirements:
Red Seal Certification as Roofer or Carpenter needed
Valid BC class 5 driver’s license required
Related experience in roofing and carpentry
