In this role, you will prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming, ensuring a perfect finish for every vehicle. Key Responsibilities:
Sand and smooth surfaces in preparation for paint
Apply protective masking accurately and efficiently
Clean and prime vehicle surfaces correctly
Collaborate effectively with the painting team
Log work hours in the management system Requirements:
Experience as an Auto Body Prepper highly preferred
Knowledge of various sanding and painting techniques
Solid attention to detail and execution
Ability to thrive in a busy setting
