Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role involves overseeing payroll processing while ensuring legislative compliance and accurate data entry.

You will manage payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees, validate timesheets, and coordinate with the Finance department to uphold accounting standards. Your meticulous attention to detail will contribute to seamless payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:
Process full payroll cycles on a weekly basis
Accurately record employee data changes
Validate and manage time banks and absence records
Generate payroll reports and ensure compliance
Collaborate with Finance on accurate data transfer Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in payroll management
Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Solid understanding of labor laws in Canada
Fluent in French and English
