Join our Winnipeg client’s project team as a Change Management Specialist to lead critical change efforts. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced professional ready to foster organizational adaptability. The selected Change Management Specialist will engage for over 7 months with potential extensions, focusing on significant change management functions.

Your role will involve formulating strategies, managing change impacts, and delivering targeted training and communication. With a robust foundation in change management methodologies, you will guide both leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead structured change management activities across projects
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments




Support the creation of communication and training materials
Coach project teams and manage resistance to change
Develop plans that include resistance management strategies Requirements:
Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP certification
A minimum of 8 years in project management roles
At least 10 years of experience in change management
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
