This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that integrates land, culture, and long-term visioning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the proposal and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on planning services in the Indigenous sector such as capital plans, land/traditional use studies, financial analysis, and Comprehensive Community Plans (CCP)Collaborate with Indigenous partners to develop planning frameworks that reflect community priorities.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including socio-economic, environmental, regulatory and financial analysisManage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financialsIdentify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and developReview, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondenceMaintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s businessNetwork in the local business community,
