Job Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Prepare monthly project status reports and other reports as required
- Communicate with trades, consultants and site staff
- Administer purchase orders, change orders, change notices, and change directives
- Administer holdbacks, RFIs, Transmittals, and maintain a log
- Administer project invoicing and assist with job cost reporting
- Prepare Tender Packages
- Prepare Trade contracts
- Health and Safety Administration
- Experience and knowledge of the Municipal approvals process
Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential developments
- Post secondary diploma or degree relating to construction
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Jobsite certifications such as fall arrest, working at heights, etc. are considered an asset.
