Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centers Location: Ontario Salary: $180,000–$220,000 + bonus and benefits Our client, a leading general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities - Provide executive oversight across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client delivery.

- Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage project strategy, risk, procurement, contracts, forecasting, and change management.
- Coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, and commissioning requirements.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.





Qualifications - 12+ years of progressive general contracting experience.

- Proven leadership on large, technically complex construction projects.
- Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial, client-facing, and project leadership skills.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. What’s Offered - $180,000–$220,000 base salary.
