Create engaging wellness and lifestyle activities
Lead and supervise Life Enrichment Assistants
Coordinate volunteer contributions to community programs
Modify programs for varying cognitive and physical needs
Maintain positive public relations with residents and families Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field
Experience in senior programming settings
Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
