The ideal candidate will lead data engineering initiatives, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement ETL workflows using Talend Data Integration.Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources including databases, flat files, and APIs.Optimize ETL jobs for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity across systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ETL processes promptly.Partner with BI teams and data analysts to support reporting and analytics needs.Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data flows,
