OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Project Manager to support the development and ongoing maintenance of websites and digital platforms for top-tier corporate clients. The successful candidate will have up to 3 years’ experience in digital project management, primarily within website and application development environments.This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong technical foundation—someone who is comfortable working closely with developers, understands how modern, database-driven websites operate, and can confidently manage delivery in technically complex environments.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in web design, development and HR workflows knowledge.ResponsibilitiesManage & motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.Primarily responsible for coordinating maintenance of tier one websites. Will also manage small projects from initiation to planning, design, development, testing, and into maintenance.Proactively monitor work progress to ensure tasks are progressing in a timely manner, and obstacles are removed.Proactively anticipate client needs throughout the implementation / maintenance process.Interface and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners in day-to-day communication.Assist in the creation of project documentation, including requirements documentation, wireframes, timelines, project status, estimates, etc.Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. Regularly keep all stakeholders apprised of project status to ensure all expectations are accounted for and met.Monitor and reconcile actual vs. estimated time spent on projects for maximum accuracy and recovery of hours. Report weekly on budget status.QualificationsExcellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.Highly organized,



detail-oriented and motivated.Assertive and proactive self-starter who is also a collaborative team player.Adaptable multi-tasker who welcomes recent challenges.Problem solving / Decision making.Able to organize and prioritize, set and meet deadlines.Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities concurrently while remaining organized.Role Specific CompetenciesStrong understanding of web-based platforms and applications, particularly internally facing websites that support business operations at scale.Working knowledge of how websites interact with databases (e.G. data models, environments, integrations, and dependencies).Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity, propose practical options, and guide teams and stakeholders toward effective outcomes.Knowledge of standard project management and / or task management tools (ie. JIRA, etc).Enthusiastic participant in the digital / interactive space, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Comfortable acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining issues, dependencies, and recommended approaches.Enthusiastic contributor to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, optimizations,
