OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Project Manager to support the development and ongoing maintenance of websites and digital platforms for top-tier corporate clients. The successful candidate will have up to 3 years’ experience in digital project management, primarily within website and application development environments.This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong technical foundation—someone who is comfortable working closely with developers, understands how modern, database-driven websites operate, and can confidently manage delivery in technically complex environments.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in web design, development and HR workflows knowledge.ResponsibilitiesManage & motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.Primarily responsible for coordinating maintenance of tier one websites. Will also manage small projects from initiation to planning, design, development, testing, and into maintenance.Proactively monitor work progress to ensure tasks are progressing in a timely manner, and obstacles are removed.Proactively anticipate client needs throughout the implementation / maintenance process.Interface and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners in day-to-day communication.Assist in the creation of project documentation, including requirements documentation, wireframes, timelines, project status, estimates, etc.Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. Regularly keep all stakeholders apprised of project status to ensure all expectations are accounted for and met.Monitor and reconcile actual vs. estimated time spent on projects for maximum accuracy and recovery of hours.
