Position OverviewWe are looking for an OT Automation Specialist to support and enhance the automated systems that power our mining, shipping, and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between traditional industrial control systems and modern IT infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our sites.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience in industrial automation, especially within Rockwell Automation environments, who is passionate about system reliability, network integration, and OT cybersecurity.ResponsibilitiesMaintain & Support Automation SystemsMonitor and maintain Rockwell PLC platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and HMI systems (FactoryTalk View) to ensure continuous 24/7 operational availability.Integrate Industrial NetworksWork with Industrial Ethernet (EtherNet/IP) integrated with IT‑managed switches and routers to ensure secure and optimized data flow across OT and IT networks.Troubleshoot complex technical issuesDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and instrumentation issues in rugged environments such as mines, ports, and warehousesSupport commissioning & projectsParticipate in commissioning new automated equipment,
