The League Manager is responsible for making sure that choice feels worth it — every single week. You anticipate problems before they surface, hold every game night to a premium standard, and treat every gym like it's a Brodie venue — because it is.Core ResponsibilitiesSeason OperationsBuild and manage an airtight season schedule across all divisions, gyms, and time slotsOwn team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding from day oneRun game nights at a premium standard: the right refs, the right setup, zero chaosManage standings, stats, and weekly results with accuracy and speedExecute playoffs and championship events that players talk about for yearsCaptain & Team ExperienceBe the highest-quality point of contact captains have ever had in a rec leagueRespond fast, follow through every time, and make captains feel like they matterAnticipate problems before captains even notice themOwn the retention playbook:
