As a proud Canadian Chocolatier, we create connection and joy through the power of chocolate and have a great deal of fun doing so.We truly value diversity in our workforce and therefore, welcome applicants of all ethnic groups, genders, races, religions, abilities, and backgrounds.We’re looking for aRetail Allocations Analyst / Allocatorto join our Product & Insights team based in the8330 Chester office in Vancouver, BC.This individual will report to the Manager, Insights & Allocations.Job OverviewReporting to the Manager, Demand, Insights & Allocations, the Retail Allocations Analyst / Allocator supports the Product & Insights team by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time and in the right quantity. This role plays a key part in maximizing sales opportunities, minimizing waste and stockouts, and supporting seasonal and year‑round inventory strategies across all sales channels.You will have the opportunity to:Allocate year‑round and seasonal product weekly across all sales channelsAlign inventory distribution with sales potential,



shop capacity, and operational needsSupport new shop openings with accurate product, supply, and equipment allocationOptimize replenishment logic (safety stock, lead times, weeks‑on‑hand targets)Monitor in‑season inventory performance to manage sell‑through, stockouts, and overstock risksProvide data‑driven insights to Demand, Supply, and Merchandising teams for forecasting and production decisionsSupport new product launches and seasonal initiatives through aligned allocation strategiesAdjust distribution plans based on early performance and emerging trendsConduct post‑season inventory analysis and document learnings for future seasonsDrive process improvement and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision speedAct as allocation subject‑matter expert, translating insights into actionable recommendationsMentor junior allocators and support consistent decision‑making frameworksYou will be a good fit if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Demand Planning, Statistics, or related field3+ years of experience in retail planning, allocations, demand planning, or inventory management are a mustStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (using queries,
