Recruitis is seeking a senior sales/BD leader to build the Canadian market from the ground up. You will report directly to the founders, enjoy significant autonomy, and shape strategy based on real Canadian HR feedback.
You will be responsible for creating prospects and establishing a presence in the local HR community. You will drive early success by closing the first 12 founding partners, building relationships, and representing Recruitis in meetups, content creation, and events.
