This position will focus on assessing and enhancing current processes within a tight 10-week timeframe. In this role, you will identify root causes of operational challenges and deliver actionable insights to improve business efficiency.

Your expertise with the Guidewire platform is critical for recommending enhanced automation and process alignment with best practices. The engagement will culminate in a detailed implementation roadmap for the BillingCenter. Key Responsibilities:
Produce weekly status reports detailing project progress
Conduct a thorough current-state assessment of billing operations




Develop current and future state process documentation
Outline key findings and operational pain points
Provide prioritized recommendations for efficiency improvements Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst
Proven experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
Familiarity with Canadian insurance markets is a plus
Advanced knowledge of eliciting business requirements
