Your key tasks will include managing resident billing through Yardi and performing monthly reviews to ensure accuracy. You’ll also have the chance to develop and uphold best practices for receivables while cultivating solid relationships with managers across our residences. Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing processes for Cogir residences
Review and reconcile billing reports monthly
Maintain effective receivables procedures
Execute month-end closing activities
Prepare detailed AR aging analyses as required Requirements:
Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
Robust background in general accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
