Drive sales growth as an Account Development Specialist at NAPA, focusing on paint, body, and equipment products. Promote and sell NAPA auto parts and equipment to installers
Implement sales development plans aligned with marketing strategies




Partner with managers to enhance business growth initiatives
Gather and communicate market intelligence on customer needs
Make account pricing recommendations and assist with collections Requirements:
Automotive aftermarket sales experience in related fields
Solid knowledge of collision repair and refinishing products
Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage territories
