As part of the Seabee Gold Operation, you will report to the Supervisor, Maintenance, focusing on hands-on training and documentation accuracy. The role requires expertise in mechanical repairs and maintenance. You will work closely with team members, implementing training programs and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:



- Conduct field training for recent hires effectively - Develop and update maintenance SOPs and training programs - Ensure safety compliance during all training sessions - Maintain accurate training records of maintenance staff - Coordinate vendor-specific training and safety programs
Requirements: - 5 years of mine maintenance experience required - Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Ticket needed - Excellent leadership and organizational skills - Solid communication skills with diverse teams - Capability to work independently in a challenging setting
