Become a Health and Safety Specialist with Armtec, working across Quebec and Western Canada to promote a safer work workplace. In this role, you will report to the National Human Resources & Safety Manager, focusing on developing and refining safety programs while ensuring compliance with legislation.

Your presence in the field will support frontline workers through coaching and mentoring, addressing real-time safety issues, and leading investigations to identify root causes of incidents. Key Responsibilities:
Develop health and safety programs for operational excellence
Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
Oversee claims management with CNESST and WCB
Facilitate safety committee meetings and training sessions
Engage employees in safety ownership and initiatives Requirements:
At least seven years of experience in Health and Safety
Post-secondary qualifications in a related field
Pursuit of CRSP designation is a plus
Bilingual communication skills, French and English
