Aramark NSCC is seeking a Sous Chef to support daily culinary operations at NSCC locations in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You will lead cooks and food service workers, assign daily tasks, support production, maintain service standards, and ensure consistent food quality.
This role requires robust leadership, at least five years of culinary experience, and two or more years of supervisory responsibility. A culinary degree or Red Seal is an asset; evenings/weekends may be required.
