You will work alongside CBC News leadership to ensure that operations reflect the unique needs of Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Recent Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
Your focus will be on fostering a culture of inclusion and respect, helping to solve intricate HR and industrial relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish a strategic HR consultative approach
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR/IR topics
Guide leaders in performance and change management
Foster effective union-management relationships
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience in unionized settings
Bachelor's degree in HR or Industrial Relations
CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset
Problem-solving skills in complex settings
Robust communication and influencing skills
