Develop and conduct research in financial reporting
Teach accounting principles to undergraduate and graduate students
Produce peer-reviewed research publications
Support student academic initiatives and mentorship
Engage in cooperative departmental activities Requirements:
Ph.D. in Accounting or nearing completion
CPA designation is advantageous
Research excellence demonstrated through publications
Experience in teaching higher education courses
