Compensation

Responsibilities
Manage client applications and process service requests efficiently
Prepare and send accurate insurance quotes tailored to client needs
Upload supporting documents to various portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service delivery and follow-up

Qualifications
Active AIC Level 1 license in Alberta, Level 2 is an asset




Minimum 1 year of experience as a service broker in Personal Lines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic understanding of insurance products and customer service practices
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks with accuracy
