In this role, your main responsibility is to maintain and service the book of business (personal line). There is no expectation to do sales, unless it’s your preference.

About the Position
Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)
Ensure the retention of the book of business by providing quality customer service
Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence
Potential opportunity to work on the commercial line accounts in the future based on your performance

Job Requirements
Level 2 Alberta license
Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy




Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression

Compensation & Benefits
$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on the experience, plus bonus and commission
