A Fleet ServiceAdvisor is responsible for scheduling service work and for selling recommended or required services to customers. The Fleet Service Advisor gathers and interprets information from the Service Technicians and advises the customer and fleet companies as required. This unique and one-of-a-kind position also works with our busy internal service center;
writing work orders forused vehicles and recent vehicle preparation, preparing estimates, submitting warranty claims, and so much more!Duties
Answer inquiries and provide information to customersSubmit estimates and invoices to fleet management companies, including Hollman/ARI,



Emkay and ElementExplain the type and cost of services offered to customersReceive paymentsInvestigate complaintsAccess and process informationMaintain records and statisticsPerform general office dutiesRequirements
