Collect signatures for patient accommodations
Process chronic billings and health card information
Coordinate with the finance team on billing issues
Assist in appropriate bed placements and transfers
Report on accommodation activities and discrepancies

Requirements:
Completion of post secondary education
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable/accounting
Robust Excel skills and familiarity with hospital billing software
Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution capabilities
Must be detail-oriented and capable of independent work
