Become the Accounting Manager at MA Group’s CFN Precision in Vaughan, Ontario, overseeing financial integrity and ensuring compliance. This role combines accounting expertise with collaboration across departments and periods of travel. As a critical member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities for both CFN Precision and Tecnickrome Aéronautique.

This hands-on position requires expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting with a focus on continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations for two Canadian entities
Prepare financial statements in compliance with ASPE and IFRS
Coordinate accounts payable, receivable, and payroll accounting
Assist in preparing budgets and cash flow reports
Supervise accounting staff and support their development Requirements:
CPA designation, or actively pursuing it
Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting
Bilingual in English and French
Knowledge of manufacturing accounting practices
Familiarity with ERP systems and solid Excel skills Lead the financial management efforts and support operational excellence within MA Group's aerospace workplace.
