As a key leader reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will oversee program execution in direct mail and telemarketing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Effective management and creative strategies will enhance revenue growth and expand fundraising prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct mail and telemarketing fundraising initiatives
Develop budgets, strategies, and revenue goals




Execute targeted outreach campaigns and telemarketing scripts
Report on program performance and recommend improvements
Supervise the fundraising team to foster success

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years in direct response fundraising
Solid analytical and communication skills
Expertise in program management and performance evaluation
