Drywall installerPosted on April 29, 2026 by a licensed third‑party for Employer: SGS CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATIONJob DetailsLocation: 291 Taravista St NE, Calgary, AB T3J 4S5 (On site)Salary: $34.00 – $37.00 hourEmployment type: Permanent, Full timeEmployment terms: Morning, Evening, Weekend, ShiftStart date: As soon as possibleVacancies: 2ResponsibilitiesFill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife.Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required.Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets.Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound.Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools.Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.Erect and install scaffolding,
