Reporting to the Director of Payroll Services, the Payroll Operations Manager collaborates closely with Financial Services, Human Resources, ITS (PeopleSoft), and university clients to ensure the effective and consistent implementation and coordination of payroll operations, including all related processes, functions, and procedures. The Payroll Operations Manager proactively assesses operational needs and conducts gap analyses, evaluates payroll services, programs, and processes, and drives improvements by applying established change management principles. The incumbent provides operational leadership and support, ensuring accuracy, compliance and service excellence.
