Position OverviewAs Public Relations Account Manager in our Toronto OR Montreal office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts, including the ideation and execution of innovative PR campaigns that drive results. To be successful in a boutique agency environment, we’re looking for someone passionate, entrepreneurial, and a team player, with intense creativity and excellent communication and writing skills.The requirement for this role is 3-4 years of PR and marketing experience with a solid grasp of the Canadian media and creator landscape, and relevant experience in the lifestyle, fashion and beauty sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, present and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectivesMaintain relationships with media contacts; drive outreach plans and facilitate media inquiriesDemonstrate superior writing and editing skillsIdeate and execute paid and earned influencer campaigns; manage relationships between the agency and influencer partnersAssist in bringing client events and activations to life – demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity with planning, sourcing and logisticsContribute to media monitoring and reporting, track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategiesCollaborate with the social media team to optimize the communications strategy as a wholeAssist in developing and managing client budgetsAdvise and counsel clients,
