WMCC is a licensed 24–32 space co‑operative, non‑profit preschool located on Toronto Island, offering a unique program that blends Montessori, play‑based, and nature‑based learning with extensive year‑round outdoor time. This is an amazing opportunity for a RECE interested in adventure.Children attending WMCC live both on Toronto Island and in the city. We do not have catchment restrictions and proudly serve a diverse community of families. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply; proximity to Toronto Island is not a requirement.This is a full‑time, permanent leadership role in an inspiring, nature‑rich environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise children and staffEnsure program compliance with provincial and municipal licensing requirementsIntegrate Montessori and nature-based curriculumCollaborate with the WMCC Parent Board on budgeting, licensing, staffing, and operationsOversee enrolment, waiting list, tours, and open housesMaintain policies, handbooks,
