We are seeking an Accounting Manager in Scarborough, Ontario, to oversee financial operations in our commercial refrigeration and HVAC business. Ensure accurate reporting, manage internal controls, and guide decision-making processes. In this essential role, you will lead the accounting team and coordinate with operations and management.

Focusing on financial accuracy, you will handle bank transactions, invoicing, and supplier payments efficiently. Your expertise will help streamline payroll processes and enforce compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile bank transactions daily
Invoice jobs upon completion and manage HST returns
Collect Accounts Receivable effectively and efficiently
Ensure supplier invoices are recorded and paid punctually
Manage weekly payroll and ensure labor costs are accurate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 6 years of accounting or financial management experience
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
HVAC or construction industry experience preferred
Solid leadership, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills Drive financial excellence and lead our accounting efforts within the HVAC sector.
