Ideal candidates will have prior agricultural experience and a physical capability to manage farm duties effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide farm workers in daily activities
Conduct training in safety practices and farm operations
Oversee mushroom production processes and substrate prep
Develop and implement work shifts effectively
Maintain and repair farm equipment as needed Requirements:
Preferably two years of supervisory experience
Must handle heavy lifting and outdoor conditions
Available to work weekends and extended hours
Loader certification would be advantageous
